Priced for the practice, not the seat. You pay for the work you run on each client, and never more than a set amount per client. Here is exactly how the bill is built.

How it charges
One practice subscription.
Everything in Lanek, for the whole practice, on one bill.
Unlimited seats.
Add the whole team, and outside preparers, at no extra charge.
Watch is free.
Every client gets deadlines, the client record and the register check at no cost.
Pay per client for the services you run.
Annual return, books review, VAT and year-end each have their own monthly price. Switch on only what each client needs.
A ceiling on every client.
However many services a client uses, it never costs more than the ceiling.
Twelve months per service.
Add a service in any month. Each runs for twelve months and renews unless you switch it off. A client that leaves you comes off at the end of the month.
New services join at a published price.
Year-end is already on the card, so it costs nothing extra on a full-service client when it arrives.
Fixed for three years.
No escalators, no renewal surprises, and no new charges when the law changes.
Why the numbers aren't here yet.
